An award winning (6 festival awards) feature film producer and editor, Steven brings to the team a wealth of experience in production planning and management.
After graduating top of his film school class, CE founder Steven Caldwell built his hands-on capacity in the camera and editorial departments of several Australian feature films, where he worked with Chris Nyst (Gettin’ Square), Firass Dirani (Underbelly: The Golden Mile, House Husbands), Jay Laga’aia (Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones), Josh Lawson (Any Questions For Ben, The Campaign) and Margot Robbie (The Wolf of Wall Street, Neighbours).

A meticulous operator, with a driving passion for the story in everything. A graduate of the
Australian Film Television and Radio School in 2013. Angus has editorial credits in feature film, factual television, documentary, and animation, working on content for Network 10, Channel 7, Discovery Channel, and the BBC. He has written and produced graphics heavy work for corporate clients too, and is also very handy with a camera.

Damien Jordan
Colour Specialist
With a background in painting (Bach. Fine Art, National Art School, Sydney) Damien enjoys the world of colour and its impact on storytelling. Davinci Resolve certified, Damien developed his creative and technical skills in content making over a period of seven years at a leading London based ad agency, creating original content for brands such as Marks and Spencer, Harrods, British Airways, Siemens, Adidas, and Sothebys. He then went on to partner in creating a series of content for PayPal EMEA and then Unilever Australia.

Sam Kostevc
Drone and Cinema Production
For most of his life Sam has had a camera in hand. It was a passion before it was his business. Taught in the art of cinematography, Sam enjoys leading Non-profit entities towards a strong social media presence and is currently operating on the forefront of the aerial cinematography
Whether on land or in the air, Sam’s approach to storytelling and film making is professional and cinematic, original and head turning.

Kristy Rogers
Presenter, Scriptwriter and Talent Recruiter
At eighteen years old, Kristy sent a children’s music creative project to the ABC and was immediately offered a contract. That contract lead her to writing songs, scripts, and working as a presenter for many children’s programs with ABC Television. Her career shifted towards producing and Kristy’s television show in Dubai became the highest rating locally produced show in the UAE.
As a voice over artist, Kristy’s voice has been used to advertise for many major companies including Toyota, Boost Juice, and Westfield, as well as voice over work for documentaries, children’s programs and news reports.
It’s Kristy’s passion to find stories and share them with the world in the most beautiful way possible.
